Director’s Message

Since beginning of our student life; we were often talk about the schooling and different ideas of teaching. We three had never thought that one day; these ideas will come true, in the form of Allegiance Academy.

In this area, there was not any good English medium school which could full fill the needs of present education. Therefore, we decided, to develop such a school, which could provide all opportunities to our children to grow in better way.

Allegiance Academy is one of the major pillars of educational institutions in this remote area of the country with a vision to excel in all spheres. Set up in 2009; we have journeyed through all these years and gained the trust and appreciation of thousands of students and their parents alike.

Our philosophy of education has always been meeting the needs of the individual child. Children acquire skills and knowledge easily, if we can make the surrounding stimulating and purposeful.

Education today is realized as knowledge explosion. There is so much happening around us. Therefore, our goal should be reconstruct, restructure, and revamp the previous knowledge, to keep pace with the changing time. We are doing our all the best efforts; to do the same in our school education system. We are trying to adopt, western educational methods, particularly in Pre-Primary and Primary classes of learning in support of Indian culture and traditions because these classes are back bone of entire education. This is a place; where children are encouraged to say "I see it, I get it and I can do it.”

We believe that for all children, there should be an equal opportunity to learn. Therefore; in our School, we have explored, the concept of hundred percent participation; the children are given equal opportunities to participate in various activities. It is helping them to recognize and develop their potentials; it is giving them more confidence in whatever they are doing. We can see their eagerness and energy while singing, dancing, playing, and performing other arts during co-curricular activities in the school.

children for over all development. These various activities provide exposure and opportunity; to children so that they have the ability to appreciate various form/streams of education. The children are able to find out for themselves where their interests lie; at a later stage they may pursue it, as a hobby/profession or it becomes a part of their personality.

As we talked about over all development; it involves all the functions of education in human life such as development of social values, individual skills, natural abilities, character building, personality integration, preparation for adult life, control and sublimation of basic instincts, development of a sense of community, progress of culture and civilization, social welfare, use of leisure in better way and creation of useful citizens.

We do not want our children to grow in a culture that is characterized by selfishness, materialism, unhealthy competition, a lack of morals, lack of sense of community, lack of self-confidence and ultimately a lack of meaning.

We can give them a surrounding; where they can make their own set of principles that they believe in and can apply to all areas of their lives at home, at work and at play, and respect individuals for different abilities and talents.

In such a surrounding when work and effort is valued, the child's self -esteem is heightened, and from this results self-motivation. We try to understand and work with each child, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole. We all are concerned with children as they have lives beyond the classroom, and we cannot meet their needs; if we show no concern for their activities outside school.

We are the first institute in this area; to have started the concept of individual monitoring and counseling for the weaker students through 'Mentorship' which involves direct contact with the parents of such children by specially appointed mentor-teachers who analyze and devise ways to upgrade the back benchers.

We can help each child grow; up to be a confident and sensitive adult.
